**Ce que vous ferez**:
En tant que Stagiaire Ingénieur(e) Laboratoire, vous assisterez un technicien de laboratoire et le manager dans le déploiement du Lean. Vous gérerez l'ensemble des sujets et vous serez responsable de la préparation de la documentation associée et de la formation des techniciens de laboratoire.
**Ce que nous recherchons**:
**Diviser la mission en trois parties : HSSE / Documentation et Lean, la principale étant consacrée au système et à la culture de l'excellence opérationnelle.**
Etendre la démarche Lean a plusieurs ateliers.
Avoir un SEQDCI pour installer un rituel MOS et fédérer l'équipe au quotidien.
Value Stream Mapping sur les sources de performance identifiées en suivant un échantillon entre l'entrée dans les systèmes et l'entrée des derniers résultats.
Continuer à appliquer les 5S dans les différentes zones du laboratoire.
