BREDLAK is an innovative trading company in recyclable and non-prime steel products,
headquartered in Lille, France, with offices in Spain and India. We buy and sell plastics, metal scrap and non-prime steel products internationally. Our markets span Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas. As an agile company with a multicultural DNA and high ambitions, we are on a mission to enable a circular economy.
Tasks
As part of our growth, we are offering a work-study opportunity (alternance) in business development focused on non-prime steel products. Based at our Lille headquarters, you will report directly to the CEO.
**Your responsabilities**:

- Execute sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and customers.
- Coordinate logistics with our international providers.
- Prospect worldwide to recruit new business partners.
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers for recurring business.

**Requirements**:
**Your profile**:

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business school (eligible for a

work-study contract).
- Strong interest in recycling, sustainability, and international trade.
- Autonomous, organized, dynamic and results oriented.
- Fluent in English (company working language), French required, Spanish is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in sales or international trade is a plus.

**Benefits**:

- Type: Work-study (alternance - French apprenticeship contract)
- Work rhythm: Ideally 2 days at school and 3 days in the office per week
- Location: On-site, Lille city center
- Start date: September 2025
- Duration: 12 months, renewable
- Compensation: According to official French alternance pay scale
