**Job Description**:
You will be responsible for creating the consolidation department on a perimeter of approximately 1 billion turnover and around twenty legal entities.

Reporting to the Director of Accounting and Consolidation, you coordinate the consolidation of the entire scope under IFRS standards, you are the referent of the Accounting Department in terms of the development of the Group and assist the Management on issues with high added value.
- You will have the choice of the tool and its implementation.
- You will recruit your team made up of a manager and two consolidators (1 having already been designated internally)
- You organize and supervise the production of quarterly consolidated accounts (IFRS standards)
- You carry out a technical watch on IFRS accounting standards and are responsible for the implementation of changes and their documentation.
- You interface with the auditors and the various legal entities for all complex matters.
- You assist the Finance Department in M&A operations as well as in the integration of the various entities.

**Qualifications**:
Profile:
Training Bac +5, type Business School or university equivalent (obtaining the DSCG will be a plus) you justify a minimum of ten years with ideally a stint in an audit or consolidation consulting firm, then at the within the Consolidation department of an international listed group.
- You have evolved in international groups
- You master the consolidation to IFRS standards
- You are recognized for your technical expertise, your sense of organization and your taste for challenge, you enjoy playing a driving role in the projects entrusted to you.
- You are autonomous and rigorous and know how to adapt to various interlocutors in a demanding environment.
- You have very good interpersonal skills and like teamwork.
- You have an excellent level of English.
