L'agence **JOB LINK Paris Centre**, recrute pour son client, enseigne de prêt-à-porter premium, **un Store Manager H/F.**
En tant que Chef d'Orchestre de votre point de vente, vous contribuerez au développement du groupe en déployant votre leadership et énergie positive.
**LE JOB**
- Passionné.e par la vente, vous faites preuve d'exemplarité auprès de votre équipe grâce à votre aisance commerciale.
- Véritable coach au quotidien, vous avez à coeur d'intégrer, former et monter en compétence votre équipe.
- Vous êtes garant.e de la bonne tenue de votre point de vente et de son attractivité.
- Vous pilotez les KPI's du magasin et fixez les objectifs collectifs et individuels.
- En maitre.sse de l'organisation, vous assurez la bonne gestion administrative et comptable de votre boutique.
Poste à pourvoir en **CDI**, à Paris Forum des Halles.
Vos rejoindrez un équipe de 3 personnes.
Salaire : 3000 Euros brut mensuel + primes sur atteinte des objectifs + 30% sur l'enseigne + dotations + Tickets restaurants
**Processus de recrutement**:
1er échange avec Doriane de notre agence JOB LINK.
Second entretien avec l'équipe RH de l'enseigne.
Dernier entretien pour validation avec le.la Responsable de région.
**LE PROFIL**
Issue d'une formation commerciale, vous justifiez d'une expérience similaire de minimum 4 ans.
Vous êtes le moteur de votre équipe et vos qualités humaines vous permettent d'exceller en tant que manager.
Vous aimez la vente et êtes reconnu.e pour votre aisance relationnelle.
Vous êtes proactif.ve et ultra dynamique
