**Nous recherchons pour notre filiale française un ou une HR Legal Partner (F/H)**

**Descriptif du poste : **
- **Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre Responsable Légal France,**:

- ainsi que l’ensemble des services des sièges France & Danemark et nos magasins français.

Nous recherchons une personne organisée, structurée, discrète, capable d’évoluer dans un environnement où les choses vont rapidement et où des adaptations sont nécessaires en permanence. Vous aurez en charge une large variété de missions.

**Vos zones de responsabilités et vos missions :  **

**Conseil et support administratif**:

- Assurer la veille juridique sur l’actualité sociale (réglementaire et conventionnelle)
- Être conseil et appui auprès des équipes de région et des magasins
- Assurer les relations avec l’administration du travail, médecine du travail..
- Animer des formations RH

**Relations individuelles**
- Gérer les formalités administratives des embauches et évolutions contractuelles
- Gérer les différents modes de ruptures de contrat de travail
- Traiter et suivre les procédures disciplinaires et d’inaptitudes
- Accompagner les responsables dans la gestion des réclamations individuelles

**Relations collectives**
- Contribuer au renouvellement des prochaines élections du CSE
- Assurer la gestion administrative des représentants du personnel (heures de délégation, déplacements )
- Participer à la préparation et à l’organisation des réunions des représentants du personnel
- Suivre et mettre à jour la BDESE
- Participer à la mise en place des accords d’entreprise et leurs suivis

**À propos de vous**:
Titulaire d’un master 2 en Droit social

Vous faîtes preuve de rigueur, d’organisation, de capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, de fiabilité avec un excellent sens du service

Vous savez vous adapter aux problématiques terrain et vous faîtes preuve d’une grande réactivité dans le respect des règles de confidentialité et discrétion

Vous avez de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et relationnelles

Vous communiquez aisément en français et en anglais.

**Modalités **:

- Type contrat : CDI
- Statut : Cadre
- Fourchette de salaire : 38-44K€ bruts annuels selon profil
- Responsable hiérarchique : Responsable Legal France
- Poste basé à Paris. Capacité à voyager 10 à 20 jours par an, France et Europe.
- Télétravail exceptionnel possible (quelques jours par an)

**Contact et processus de recrutement**:
Le processus de recrutement se fait en plusieurs temps :
1. Entretien téléphonique de pré-sélection avec le directeur du recrutement

2. 1er entretien physique avec le directeur du recrutement et la responsable du juridique
france

3. 2nd entretien physique avec le Country Manager

Poste à pourvoir dès que possible.

Salaire : 38 000,00€ à 44 000,00€ par an
