**Central Pharmacy Program Manager**

An Omnicell International Central Pharmacy Program Manager will manage the Central Pharmacy products & drive the corresponding projects through from initial concept to delivery. He/she will work with a range of clients (internal & extrernal) on several different projects and must be adept at managing and building relationships and reporting on the status of projects and programs. A project management software is often used, and the program manager will be skilled at utilizing these tools as well as planning, tracking and measuring the end results. Program Manager will be accountable of QCCD (Quality, Cost, Content, Delay) of her/his projects

**Responsibilities**
- Driving value creation with customers on strategic projects
- Managing customers & cross-functional teams improvement requests
- Managing products life cycle
- Driving relationship with our partners & suppliers internationally
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to build project plans & deliver expected content into expected timeframe on expect costs
- Driving deliverables against the existing delivery procedures
- Continuously assessing working methods and processes and making recommendations for improvement
- Identifying and implementing KPIs and project milestones internally & with our partners
- Reviewing project resources and providing an analysis on whether they meet the demands of the project
- Forming strong relationships with the internal functions & our partners and developing communication channels between the relevant parties
- Ensuring key Project & Program Level Agreements are met
- Regularly updating key stakeholders on project status and/or risks
- Overseeing the project’s financial budget, notifying stakeholders of key cost implications, changes to budget, spending and cost changes
- Willingness to understand market problems and build USP( Unique Selling Proposition
- Working with engineering team, sales team, field teams to deliver product roadmap and share with the cross functional team and distributors
- Collaborating with product marketing to build customized marketing strategies
- Launching new products in alignment with marketing and provide all relevant content so that marketing can develop customer facing materials
- Working with the engineering team to improve and enhance products features
- Aligning with Business Operations to ensure reporting of sales funnels to business requirements.
- Defining Product, Positioning, Buying Process, Buyer Personas, User Personas, Requirements, Use Scenarios, Launch PlansEnd-to-end ownership to drive release program direction and execution through direction of core team

- Proven experience of effectively managing large-scale projects from brief through to delivery
- Skillful at building effective client relationships and working with several stakeholders to deliver targets
- Experienced in a range of project management software including PRINCE2, Agile and Waterfall
- Strong communication with excellent presentation, report writing and data analysis capabilitiesAbility to work under pressure, change direction when required and work on a range of client projects at the same time

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Master degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of project planning experience
- 5+ years of experience working within the healthcare field

**Work Conditions**:

- **Located in France/Strasbourg preferably**:

- 20% to 30% Travel required, occasional availability during out of hours will be required.
- Irregular work hours may be required to meet the needs of the customer
- May be required to stand or sit for long periods of time
