This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of most exciting game studios, using leading technology to create new genre-defining games, within our collaborative Action RPG team, working on Unreal Engine 5.

**WHAT IS THE JOB ABOUT?**

As a key member of the level design team, you will take ownership for part of the levels. Focusing mostly on levels and world, you’ll design and implements levels in the game including difficulty balance, pace, accessibility, quests and narrative events. Able to question yourself, you know how to improve the quality of your work by including feedback from your team. You'll also be able to put forward new ideas to deepen the creative vision of the project.

**Requirements**:
**THAT IS GREAT BUT WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR THE DAY TO DAY?**
- Design levels iteratively, starting from “blocking” to greenlight gameplay, to polished levels.
- Implement all the work done by the team into your levels in a fun and consistent way.
- Challenge your own work by putting yourself in the player's shoes to deliver fun, accessible gameplay.
- Create a work environment which allows for open dialogue and encourages new creative ideas.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- 3+ years’ experience in level design
- Excellent understand of what make a level fun

- Extra: Artistical background and interest in architecture
- Extra: Experience as a player, and/or a previous role on Action RPG.
- Extra: Experience with Unreal
