As a leading company in Employee engagement, we elevate Internal Communication into a cornerstone of our success. Pluxee is seeking an Internal Communications leader who will drive the engagement within our company and build the foundations of the function at global scale.

As an internal communications Director, you can expect your role to involve the following:
Strategic Communication Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that embodies our culture and engages employees in our growth journey.
- Embed our culture in all communications ensuring they strongly reflect Pluxee´s brand identity.

Global Coordination:

- Head collaboration with geographies to ensure consistency in processes and communication tools, fostering a unified approach worldwide.

Content Creation:

- Ensure communication materials embody the spirit of our brand and corporate identity.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee advocacy, encouraging our team members to be ambassadors of our employer brand.

Leadership Communication:

- Work closely with executives to develop and deliver communication plans for key initiatives, organizational changes, and leadership messages to reinforce our cultural pillars.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute global leadership events to deploy the company's strategic vision.

Employee Engagement:

- Implement programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, emphasizing collaboration, and a positive work environment.
- Work closely with Human Resources and Marketing teams to create employer branding campaigns that attract top talent globally.

You’re a match
- Master’s degree in communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 10+ years minimum of experience and proven track record in Senior Internal Communications roles within a global organization.
- Solid knowledge and experience in creating and deploying global internal communications and engagement strategies and positioning the function as a source of value creation for the company.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills: writing, editing, proofreading, and speaking skills with the ability to infuse messages with our cultural values.
- Exceptional Interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships that reflect our collaborative and supportive culture.
- Creative skills: to devise communication strategies and Digital skills.
- Management of complex projects and advising senior managers.
- Bilingual in English and French
