**Job Description**:
**The Role**

Reporting to the Group EVP Tax in Paris HQ, the Group Transfer Pricing Manager will manage the Indirect tax affairs of the Technicolor Creative Studios Group, together with associated controls; business partnering with multiple stakeholders and continuous finance transformation projects.

You will be responsible for managing (in conjunction with the EVP Tax), as appropriate, the design, review and implementation of transfer pricing policies, including the review of the results of these policies and methods, in the context of the Group's global approach to transfer pricing.

You will be the Process Owner of the Transfer Pricing processes across the geographic footprint.

You will be supported by a team of tax professionals, as well as finance and Global Business Services (GBS) teams, who are responsible for the execution of our end-to-end transactional processes.

The role interacts daily with colleagues across European, Asian, and North American territories.

**Responsibility**
- Management of ad hoc queries on transfer pricing and support to commercial, financial and tax teams for data requests on transfer pricing and compliance
- Realization of documentation and a master file on transfer pricing in accordance with the OECD action plan.
- Worked with Consolidation team to prepare/review CBCR and ensure CBCR notifications are submitted in a timely manner in all relevant jurisdictions.
- Policy documentation, at regional and global levels.
- Making recommendations on procedures and practices regarding the pricing of intra-group transactions, and monitoring the implementation of group transfer pricing policies.
- Identification, documentation and review of intra-group transactions and recommendations for appropriate actions to mitigate transfer pricing risk.
- Management and negotiation of the APA, if necessary.
- Identification of automation opportunities to improve the entire transfer pricing process
- Regular monitoring of changes in OECD guidelines likely to impact the Group, as well as national requirements in terms of TP
