**As a Digital Project Lawyer, You Will**

... join the Holding's Legal Department in Paris, which works with agility on various topics, closely with operations. Requirements will vary according to the needs of the department and will generally be organized around two areas:
**Contract Management**:

- You will integrate, deploy, and monitor a supplier contract management tool and implement standard contracts in IT law and digital solutions.
- You will support the performance improvement and overall legal security of Teleperformance and their subsidiaries, notably by sharing and explaining Group guidelines and policies, identifying and implementing relevant KPIs, and steering the integration and deployment of the DocuSign solution as a contract management tool.
- On implementing contract templates in IT law and digital solutions (update of existing contracts integrating all appropriate requirements and drafting new templates according to the needs expressed by operations and global procurement departments).

**Corporate: management of the database for management of subsidiaries and holdings**:

- You will manage the database of the Group's subsidiaries and holdings.
- Support for the implementation, maintenance, and updating of the database.
- Establishment of management charts and legal organization charts.
- Management of delegations of authority.
- Support and coordination in the implementation of governance policies for subsidiaries.
- Support in the legal monitoring of foreign subsidiaries and holdings.

And finally, you will be the primary contact for the company's other departments (general management, finance, tax, internal audit, legal, etc.).

Qualifications:
**What Will You Need to Succeed?**
- 3 years of experience structuring the legal function in connection with foreign subsidiaries is desired.
- 3 years of experience in drafting and negotiating contracts is also desired.
- Hands-on experience with legal technology platforms
- Knowledge of Visualscope/Dilitrust Governance and a contract management tool would be a plus.
- French and fluency in English are essential (Portuguese or Spanish would be a plus)
- Rigorous and precise, autonomous in managing matters (organization of time, particularly the ability to manage a fluctuating workload and multiple priorities, respect for deadlines, responsiveness), curious and willing.
- Relational ease, pedagogy, and excellent communication skills allow you to adopt a positive and professional attitude and exchange effectively with interlocutors of all levels and professions.
- Ability to find solutions with a good capacity for analysis, a good spirit of synthesis, and a pragmatic approach.
- Ability to work well in a team but also independently.
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
