**More about the role**

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a **Continuous Improvement & Lean Manager** to join our CFH South Team based in **Suresnes**with Signify.

As a Continuous Improvement & Lean Manager, you’ll be responsible for improving operational activities on E2E Supply Chain. Therefore, for this role we're looking for a French English fluent speaker, Lean Advanced certificate and Black Belt certified (or even Master Black Belt), to impact and enhance current KPIs and operational levels. This is not a people manager role, with no direct reports.
- Write Standard Operations Processes (SOP).
- Define quality approach, work instruction, and process improvement.
- Responsible for delivery on time (DRM) with a special focus on Greece.
- Develop & deploy a Lean culture and its strategy and expand Lean skills in our team with the aim to deploy Lean Approach methods.
- Engage E2E Supply Chain Operations, improve South Europe Supply Chain performance.
- Work on transportation improvement as well as costs improvement.
- Manage customer claims root-causes analysis and methodology & routines with our stakeholders.
- Communicate on results gained and achievements.

**More about you**

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

- Certified Black Belt and, if possible, Master Black Belt.
- Certified Lean Industrial / Supply Chain / Operations.
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar role in Continuous Improvement.
- KPI driven, strong data analytics, and root-cause analysis. (Comfortable working with Excel, Macro or Power BI).
- Ability to analyze costs, identify root causes, and find savings opportunities, elaborate action plans and follow up.
- Experience dealing with customer claims would be highly appreciated.
- Experience in the automotive, logistics, and/or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Able to communicate (written and verbally) fluent French & English is a must.
- Open to travel. Frequent travels are required to our French warehouse (LPP) 40km South of Paris (once a week) and within the South cluster (Iberia, Italy, Greece, France) a few times a year.
- Ability to work in a team with all team members, practice with teammates with a ‘learning by doing approach’.
- Communicate effectively.
- Structured, hands-on, and proactive approach.
