As we continue to develop Marine & Offshore activities, join our organization as **Cybersecurity Engineer **for our Head Office. The position is located in** La Défense (Courbevoie - 92)** in France.

**Role & main responsibilities**

Our cyber-security team of experts certifies the cybersecurity of commercial ships and equipments on board these ships and provides constant support to the maritime industry (which transports 90% of goods produced globally) to achieve better cyber-resilience. Our experts carry out consulting and expertise missions with our internal & external clients.

When joining the team, the job incumbent will be responsible for:
Certifying the cybersecurity OT/IT architectures of ships, in service or under construction, according to Bureau Veritas standards (NR 659) and/or international standards

Certifying the cyber resilience of connected equipment according to the most recognized standards (notably IEC62443).

Supporting our customers (shipowners, shipyards, equipment manufacturers) towards greater cyber resilience for ships or connected equipment on board these ships, by using knowledge and expertise

Conducting studies to secure ships, including on board if necessary

Preparing training and training kits for other BV M&O experts around the world, then train the relevant personnel (in classes or remotely)

**Requirements**:
Through a background in engineering with a focus on IT, you have mastered the cybersecurity of industrial systems (ideally those of ships) and the problems related to the growing connectivity between IT and OT.

Your strong interest in cybersecurity topics (risk analysis, threat status, technology monitoring) and your skills allow you to achieve your objectives while building a relationship of trust with your contacts.

You are versatile with good adaptability and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, alone or in a team.

Your very good level of English allows you to communicate with our network both orally and in writing.

Regulars short trips in France and abroad are to be expected.
