**Description du poste**:
Mökki is looking for an analyst to define, manage and implement its ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) strategy. The analyst would work closely with an experienced consultant and both would be reporting to the startup founder.
Activities include:
- Identify ESG strategic topics (e.g. research, regulatory analysis, peer benchmarking)
- Build and manage the ESG roadmap (e.g. low-carbon operations, BCorp renewal, mission committee launch)
- Train internal staff to ESG topics to ensure the alignment of client experience and operations with the strategy
- Work closely with the founder and the marketing team on strategic presentations
- Monitor the overall ESG performance (e.g. extra financial reporting, carbon footprint)
**Profil recherché**:
- 2+ years in an ESG-related job (consulting, internal ESG/sustainability team)
- Passion for the environmental transition and social impact
- Eagerness to work in a entrepreneurial/start-up mode
- Proactive and able to develop innovative solutions
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent people skills - Ability to engage from the field to the C-suite
- Native French and fluency in English
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Business
As a bonus:
- Experience in Real Estate and/or circular economy
- Experience in carbon footprint modelling
