**Overview**

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity at the heart of an ambitious fusion energy project? Join us as a Quality Coordinator where your goals will include:

- Coordinating activities to ensure that Quality Supervision is executed and maintained at a high level for both off-site pre-fabrication and on-site constructions activities.
- Supervises Construction contractor’s Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Inspection and Test Records (ITR), Non Conformities Reports Follow-up, construction documentation etc.
- The Quality Supervision Section within Quality Management Division, ensures an independent monitoring and quality supervision of activities executed by performers, throughout all ITER project phases. The team are responsible for witnessing inspections and controlling hold points for release, in accordance with the project quality control plan based on the technical and regulatory requirements._

**Key Duties** and Responsibilities**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Coordinates the required field quality supervision activities for off-site prefabrication and on-site construction activities at the ITER Site under the responsibility of Quality Supervision Section.
- Manages the Quality Control Inspection Services Framework contract and associated inspectors dedicated to Quality Control at construction (QCC) team.
- Coordinates interfaces with technical units to ensure that the quality plans during construction are in line with the quality requirements of the systems and structures and with the applicable standards.
- Supervises Construction contractor’s Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Inspection and Test Records (ITR), Non Conformities Reports Follow-up, construction documentation Review and Supervision Observation Report (SOR) in case of findings.
- Provides technical support and expertise in specifications, practical implementation and compliance during construction activities.
- Reviews Inspection Reports, Test Results and Non-conformities raised during construction, provides recommendations and proposes lessons learnt, shares this experience between different technical staff.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Identifies deviation and non-conformities and participates in the process of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
- Performs routine monitoring activities, such as day-by-day interactions with the contractors and their suppliers, organizes regular progress and dedicated meetings, performs routine and unscheduled inspections at the supplier’s premises and witnesses intermediate and final acceptance tests in accordance with Inspection and Test Plans.

This position is shift and/or on-call based, and crucial to maintaining continuous operations and ensuring the highest level of service for our stakeholders. This requires shift rotation and/or availability including day, evening, and night shifts, as well as weekends and holidays, depending upon project or team needs.
