**BUSINESS CONTROLLER (H/F)**
**Atlas Copco Compressors France is looking for a Business Controller (H/F).**
Job description:
Management and support of local Finance, Collection and Purchasing teams.
Prepare budgets, projections and ensure the reliability of the company’s accounts.
Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports.
Support the business and the management team with analysis
Be the company’s representative for insurance and legal affairs
Missions:
Prepare forecasts or projections for revenues, P&L, cashflow and working capital and compare them with the achievements.
Analyze differences and implement actions to improve them.
Ensure the reliability of the company’s accounts and the preparation of financial and accounting documents in compliance with IFRS and French regulations.
Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports.
Define and revise the company’s credit policy.
Supervise collection operations.
Prepare and participate in Business Review Meetings and Company Review Meetings.
Follow up on the company’s legal commitments (insurance, subcontracting) by centralizing and validating all contracts and handling possible disputes.
Coordinate the legal aspects of specific projects (mergers and acquisitions).
Implement the process of business control. Identify indicators (KPI) needed to follow up on activities and report on their evolution within the management team.
Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
Be the contact person for internal and external auditors, tax experts and tax services.
Define needs and resources to optimize the information systems with regards to finance.
Support the vision « First in Mind, First in Choice ».
You will be part of the management team and you will report directly to General Manager.
**Skills required**
Graduated in Management, Economics, Business Control, Finance-Accounting or Audit, with 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar position.
You are an expert in financial management and reporting processes according to international standards.
Experience with ERP systems is an advantage, more specifically with SAP.
**Profile**:
Leadership skills, experience in team management.
Communication with influence, analytic and conception skills
High level of commitment and individual initiative.
Entrepreneurial thinking and Proactive approach.
Target and result-oriented way of working, being a true business partner.
Very good knowledge of spoken and written French and English.
Experience in the industrial sector.
**Job Location**:Frépillon (Paris Région - France)
Occasional business trip in France and in Europe.
