**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of QA experience with at least 3 years focused on Murex testing
- Strong knowledge of Murex modules (Front Office, Back Office, Risk, Accounting, Collateral, etc.)
- Solid understanding of financial products: FX, Derivatives, Fixed Income, Commodities, and more
- Hands-on experience preparing and executing reconciliation, end-to-end, and non-regression testing
- Proven ability to investigate discrepancies and analyze booking and accounting flows
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (80%+ test cases automated)
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage frequent release cycles (every 5 weeks)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and perform testing activities, with a focus on non-regression, reconciliation, and end-to-end tests
- Analyze and compare account events, bookings, CRE/CRI, and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain existing automated test packages and develop new ones to expand coverage
- Lead test execution cycles aligned with the 5-week release schedule
- Ensure at least 80% automation coverage is maintained and improved
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure front-to-back test validation
- Document and report test results, defects, and risks clearly and effectively
- Provide QA leadership by mentoring team members and improving testing processes
