Forvia is a global leader in automotive technology, providing innovative solutions for a fast-evolving industry.

The Forvia Global Business Services (GBS) is the global organization in charge of end-to-end Business processes: Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C) and Record to Report (R2R) processes.

To improve and simplify its processes, the GBS organization focuses on digitalization via RPA (Robotic Process Automation: UIPath), data and **process mining** solutions (Celonis, Foundry).

**You will be working on challenges that matter**

He/She will be the GBS data scientist intern and will support the GBS digital transformation team to define and to implement the process improvement solutions.

He/She will work collaboratively with the project management and IT teams. He will be located in Nanterre in the headquarters of Faurecia in a very dynamic and international environment.
- ** Data preparation / Foundry**:
Palantir Foundry is a collaborative big data software platform for teams of data scientists, data analysts, engineers, product owners and data governance to analyze / explore the SAP tables of Faurecia, and the other sources of data produced in the company.

We identify the Business need to address the use cases from the specification phase to the development of datasets, dashboards and alert systems in Foundry.

Thanks to his/her technical expertise, the data scientist intern will use Foundry to implement transformations on the datasets (Pyspark) and to help boost the data mining efficiency within the GBS central team. He/She will also be in charge of using machine learning algorithms to develop prediction models relevant from the business perspective. His/her understanding of the Business problematics will be important to remain relevant with the technical solutions proposed.

**Skills and Experience**
- You have studied Computer / Data Science, master degree
- Knowledge of SQL query / Python / Pyspark
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Fluent in English; spoken and written is a must
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good social skills combined with a down-to-earth attitude
- Result driven, motivated, focused and persistent on improvement and quality
- Business and customer-oriented mindset
