**Our Team**
As a Product Team, we are the bridge between Business & Tech with one ultimate ambition : create the all-in-one technology that build lasting relationships between restaurants and consumers.
**Your Role**
As our VP Product, your role will go from define the right metrics to ensure the follow-up of high level objectives, create and animate roadmaps, talk with users to understand how to solve their problems, enable the entire company on the Product, and of course, everything in between.
You will work hand-to-hand with the Chief Product & Technology Officer to build Zenchef Product Vision, Product Ambition, high level objectives and to make this come to life successfully. You have the ownership of the Product Management, Product Design, Product Marketing & Agile Methodology.
**Key missions**
- Set up the product organization, methodologies, processes and tools in order to scale
- Be the voice of the Product inside Zenchef to build alignment and engagement in all Zenchef teams
- Define the Product Roadmap and follow Product cycle and prioritization to deliver on time impactful projects and features with a high level of quality
- Understand our industry and how we can deliver value to our customers to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Define, measure and improve the Product Analytics: success metrics, impact measurement
- Manage and coach the Product Team to grow, scale and adapt (Current Team: 3 PM, 1 Product Designer, Agile Team of 3 people)
- Hire and onboard the right Talents to join your team
- Make sure that everyone internally is enabled on Product Knowledge
**What we are looking for**
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced environment
- You have a first successful experience managing a team of Product Managers
- You have already worked in the SaaS industry (B2B)
- You have Growth Skills (A/B Testing & Go-To-Market Strategy)
- You are familiar with the methods, process & tools that helps a Product Team to develop and scale
- You are Customer Value Driven: you are able to walk in customer shoes
- You are Data oriented: you are able to define & measure Product Success KPIs (and of course, improve them)
- You are curious & seeking innovation when it comes to Product (inspiring contents, best practices, meeting with peers)
- You are fluent in both French & English (read, write & speak)

- You are familiar with Lean Management Methodology & concepts
- You have previously worked in a scale-up
- You are a Food Lover, passionate about Food & Tech
- You have also worked in B2C industry
