Assistant/Associate professor of Strategy, Entrepreneurship, or Sustainability

**Strategy, Sustainable Development and Entrepreneurship Department**

In the Strategy department, the professors teach various disciplines as part of the higher education and Executive Education programmes, while encouraging educational innovation and the development of online learning.

They give classes in the main and traditional areas of management as well as in the specialised fields of social entrepreneurship, business development and small business management, design thinking, eco-design, innovation and technology, responsible management, sustainability, new business models in the circular economy, industrial ecology paradigms, ethics and corruption, business & politics and health management.

The faculty’s research topics reflect this, offering a state-of-the-art knowledge and expertise needed to enhance the different programmes, from undergraduate level to doctorates as well as within the Executive Education. This translate into an academic recognition for the faculty and the creation of research chairs as well as the participation in international research programmes and projects, conferences and research seminars, scientific publications in academic reviews.

**Assistant/Associate professor in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, or Sustainability**

**(pedagogy-oriented profile)**

**Responsabilities**:

- Teaching and educational development (undergraduate, graduate and post graduate level);
- Publication in academic and professional journals;
- Research Projects with companies or international institutions;
- Participation in national and international calls for projects;
- Student supervision and coaching.

**Profile and skills required**:

- PhD or equivalent;
- Teaching experience related to Strategy, entrepreneurship, or sustainability
- Publication in the areas of Strategy, entrepreneurship, or sustainability
- Ability to teach generalist courses in Strategy, entrepreneurship, or sustainability
- Ability to teach courses in French and English
- a cover letter containing your motivation for the position
- an up-to-date curriculum vitae with a list of publications and most recent representative research papers
- a teaching statement (including course details and course evaluations)
- two references who can be contacted

**Compensations and benefits**:
Permanent contract/ Full time

Status: Executive

**Salary**: to be negotiated /over 13 months / Bonuses (research, executive education, extra hours, etc.)

Paid leaves 35 days per year + 15 exemption days per year
