**Key Responsibilities**:
Bring added value to the business, support global/regional growth strategies and vision.

Translate opportunities into inspiring and relevant fragrance solutions supporting client’s product developments (both proactively and on client request).

Lead and develop marketing tools at regional level to promote Firmenich fragrances solutions

Manage proactive and reactive projects with excellence, working closely with expert teams in day-to-day business as well as proposing and executing day to day marketing requests across fine fragrance brands. This will include but not limited to

Copy writing and storytelling on fragrances

Creating trend presentations and leading creative sessions

Crafting fragrance training presentations & new launch updates

Market and consumer insight driven analysis

Managing necessary logistics for presentation delivery

Position Firmenich as the supplier to count on, by demonstrating a thorough understanding of the category/market (macro trends, consumer drivers, category & market dynamics, fragrances, technologies,...) and of Firmenich processes and tools so as to be considered as the expert.

Act as a mentor & provide guidance and direction to more junior members of the team. Inspire the team through best practice sharing

**We Value**:
Degree in Marketing, Social Science, business administration or equivalent.

5-10 years related experience within the perfumery, flavor industries or FMCG companies, branding & comm agencies.

Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to high level executives

Leading through vision & values, ability to work in a fast changing environment

Passion and curiosity for fragrance, innovation and entrepreneurship

Advanced PowerPoint skills
