Production Quality Engineer

**Votre quotidien**

Après une période de formation interne à nos outils vos missions seront:

- Suivre et maitriser l’encours des machines en Non-Conformité
- Réaliser des prélèvements Qualité journalier et réaliser un bilan hebdomadaire avec nos services Production et Qualité Produit.
- Analyser et aider à la résolution des problématiques qualité en production : isolation des encours et stocks impactés, identification des clients impactés.
- Analyser et résoudre le défaut et constituer un plan de reprise rapide, pouvant inclure la reprise des stocks Monde, les encours de production, et communiquer avec les équipes support et logistique/ADV Monde.
- Piloter des chantiers transverses d'amélioration
- Consolider sur une base trimestrielle les résultats Qualité Production et Expédition Monde.
- Etablir et mettre à jour les indicateurs de qualité production et efficacité de nos activités.
- Apporter la vision qualité en production par des formations Qualité aux opérateurs de production
- Mettre à jour régulièrement les défauthèques et checklists.

**Votre profil**

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Bac+5 en qualité ou équivalent.

Vous avez une bonne maîtrise d’un ERP (idéalement M3) et du Pack Office.

Vous pouvez apporter une expertise sur les outils, processus et indicateurs Qualité.

**Your Daily Responsibilities**

After an internal training period on our tools and processes, your main tasks will include:

- Monitoring and managing the backlog of machines in Non-Conformity status.
- Performing daily Quality sampling and preparing a weekly report in collaboration with our Production and Product Quality teams.
- Analyzing and supporting the resolution of quality issues in production: isolating affected stock and work-in-progress, identifying impacted customers.
- Investigating defects and implementing rapid recovery plans, which may include reworking global stock, production batches, and coordinating with support and global logistics/Customer Service teams.
- Leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
- Consolidating quarterly Quality results for Production and Global Shipping.
- Establishing and updating production quality and operational efficiency indicators.
- Promoting quality awareness in production through training sessions for production operators.
- Regularly updating defect libraries and quality checklists.

**Your Profile**
- You hold a Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Quality or a related field.
- You have a solid command of ERP systems (ideally M3) and the Microsoft Office suite.
- You bring expertise in Quality tools, processes, and performance indicators.
