Project Manager

Reporting to the Project Team Leader at our Ceva Ecat-iD campus, based in Plouédern, you will manage projects in liaison with our customers from their signature to the signing of the acceptance report.

Your main missions are:

- Project management: coordinate key stages from contract signature to delivery, ensuring compliance with specifications, deadlines, costs and quality standards,
- Customer relationship management: ensure communication with customers, organize regular progress reviews, and monitor customer satisfaction throughout the project,
- Planning and coordination: draw up and monitor schedules, organize internal and external meetings (design reviews, kick-offs, follow-up meetings), and anticipate risks or bottlenecks in order to find solutions,
- Budget monitoring: analyze financial variances and implement action plans to optimize costs and results,
- Reporting and follow-up: update monitoring tables, share feedback, and suggest areas for process improvement,
- Coordinate internal and external teams (design office, workshops, purchasing, subcontractors, etc.),
- Guarantee conformity of technical and administrative deliverables (validations, shipments),
- Represent the company in dealings with customers and ensure their satisfaction right up to the signing of the minutes,
- Alert in case of deviation.

**Your profile**:
Engineering degree or BAC+5, with training in mechanics, automation or electricity.
Proficiency in office tools, management software (CRM, ERP) and industrial design.
Project management skills in an international environment.
Solid general knowledge of mechanics, automation and electricity.

Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Complementary assets:
Experience with complex machinery.
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and in project mode.
Organizational skills and rigor in meeting objectives and deadlines.
