**Job Summary**:
The Global Event Graphic Designer ensures the visual integrity and consistency of Asmodee’s global events by coordinating with internal studios, reviewing and managing event-related assets, and upholding the company’s brand standards. In addition to design coordination, this role includes graphic production for both studio-led and corporate-led needs—including investor events, internal game nights, and branded Asmodee activations.

**What does this role Involve**:
**_ Creative Coordination & Brand Oversight_**
- Coordinate with Asmodee’s internal studios and internal stakeholders to collect, review and track all event-related creative assets
- Review assets (e.g., presentations, booth visuals, signage, marketing graphics) for alignment with Asmodee’s visual identity and brand guidelines
- Provide design guidance and feedback to ensure consistency across internal and external event branding.
- Maintain and manage brand toolkits, templates, and asset repositories for cross-functional teams.
- Serve as a visual quality gatekeeper across all event touchpoints, supporting a cohesive attendee experience across multiple brands and studios.

Graphic Design & Production_**
- _ Design or adapt visual for events, including but not limited to:_
- Presentation decks
- Signage, posters, and wayfinding
- Social media graphics and digital banners
- On-site branded materials (badges, banners, templates, etc.)
- Assets for internal and corporate events (e.g. Game nights, investor events)
- Step in to create assets when studios are unable to deliver or need support.
- Collaborate with the Global Marketing Team to align visuals with event messaging and storytelling.

Event Logistics & Support_**
- Assist the Global Events team with day-to-day planning, coordination, and documentation tasks
- Track creative deliverables and deadlines, ensuring all visual materials are delivered on time
- Support logistics such as asset inventory, shipping coordination, and print production scheduling.
- Participate in venue walkthroughs and vendor meetings to assess visual or branding requirements.
- Provide hands-on support during event setup and teardown, including placing signage, displays, and checking visual consistency onsite.
- Serve as a general team resource to support operational or organizational needs as they arise.

**What are we looking for**:

- Skills & Qualifications_
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and/or brand coordination, ideally in events, publishing, or entertainment environments.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop); working knowledge of PowerPoint
- Familiarity with brand systems and visual consistency across digital, print, and environmental formats.
- Excellent organization and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple timelines.
- Strong understanding of brand systems, visual hierarchy, and asset management.
- Able to give and receive design feedback, and to manage relationships with multiple creative stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to assist beyond core responsibilities when needed.
- Bonus Experience_
- Experience working in multi-brand or multi-studio environments.
- Familiarity with booth design, experiential installations, or signage production.
- Understanding of print production and technical specs for large-format displays.
- Background in gaming, pop culture, or fan-focused events is highly valued
- Education_
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Physical & Travel Requirements_
- Ability to assist in event setup and teardown, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to travel (domestic and international) for event support and onsite coordination.
