**What you'll do**

Our research project aims to develop novel approaches to safeguard the intellectual property of ML-based software and protect associated data using cutting-edge machine learning and security technologies. As a PhD researcher in our team, you will have the opportunity to study existing methods for secure machine learning engineering and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that can address the challenges faced by businesses today.

Through this research, you will gain valuable experience and skills in the field of machine learning and security. You will work alongside a team of experts in a collaborative and supportive environment, receive guidance and mentorship from experienced researchers, and have access to state-of-the-art tools and resources to drive your research forward.

**What you bring**
- University Level: MSc (top 10% performer in university will be favored) or engineering degree
- Excellent programming skills (C/C++, Java, JavaScript, Python)
- Experience in modern software development tools (Git, Docker, Debuggers)
- Good skills in AI (Reinforcement Learning, Graph Convolutional Network, Deep Neural Network)
- Knowledge of data privacy, computer security and/or big data processing
- Fluency in English (working language).
- Knowledge of French, German or other language is a plus but not a prerequisite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel (mainly in Europe)
- PhD contract of 3 years
- Start date: as soon as possible
