**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
Within the Group, you will join the Brand, Communication and Sustainability Department

Within this Department, you will be part of the Communication & Engagement Team more specifically in the Digital Communication Team.

You will be more specifically integrated in the Project & Strategic stream about Thought Leadership, Business Content & Entity Engagement. The stream supports the planning and delivery of transversal campaigns and programs with long-term ambition and global reach.

As AXA continues to transform how it communicates and engages internally, we are looking for a Global Communication Program Manager to strengthen our capacity to deliver high-impact, entity-driven and future-ready communication programs.

This role will focus on transversal initiatives designed to elevate AXA’s thought leadership, internal engagement, and high-impact communication practices - especially in close collaboration with AXA entities.

**Narrative & Content Leadership**
- Define and implement editorial strategies for key communication programs (e.g. Mind Health, Inclusion & Diversity, Business & Insurance Innovations)
- Lead content ideation and production across formats (reports, videos, executive posts, toolkits, internal campaigns, etc.)
- Ensure storytelling consistency and originality in line with brand voice and Group priorities

**Business Content Development**
- Work directly with business leaders, experts and teams to identify emerging stories, key topics, and areas of expertise
- Translate complex business insights into clear, engaging, and accessible narratives for internal and external audiences
- Bring a strong journalistic approach to content exploration: investigate, interview, clarify, challenge and simplify
- Contribute to building a business-focused editorial calendar that feeds Group channels and enhances influence

**Influence & Content Creator Partnerships**
- Explore and test collaboration opportunities with relevant thought leaders, influencers, and content creators
- Identify influence levers (individual voices, platforms, communities) to amplify the reach and credibility of Group content
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand alignment, messaging consistency, and performance tracking

**Strategic Project Coordination**
- Lead end-to-end management of high-visibility campaigns and programs
- Ensure coordination across Group departments (Brand, Sustainability, HR, Media) and AXA entities
- Monitor project milestones, budget, quality, and delivery

**Global Entity Engagement**
- Design strategies to activate content across AXA entities
- Empower local communication teams with kits, editorial support, and community building
- Animate regular exchanges and feedback loops with local communication teams

**Performance & Influence**
- Define success metrics and measure impact on reputation, engagement, and business awareness
- Provide recommendations to enhance future campaigns and narratives
- Identify partnerships, events or thought leadership platforms to increase AXA’s visibility

- Proven ability to work with senior experts and business functions
- Project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Journalistic mindset: curiosity, precision, synthesis
- Comfort navigating complex topics and bringing structure to ambiguity
- Fluent in English and French

**Experience**
- 5-8 years in communication, journalism, or strategic content production
- Strong experience in delivering integrated campaigns with multi-stakeholder coordination
