**We are looking for a Security Officer (off-site and full-time) for a client project in Strasbourg.**

**Role description**:

- Acting as a high-level advisor for **security matters, risk and policies**;
- Being accountable for the Consortium's **Staff security clearance**;
- Being responsible for the ISMS and ISO 27001 certification;
- Providing support for Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR);
- Supporting and tracking of all reported relevant security incidents;
- Responsible for Security & Risk Management, Access and Availability Management;
- Collaborate with a Consortium's corporate Security Officer for the security aspects related to the services and/or products;
- Support the Test Director in the production of the Security Plan.

**Task description (30% security officer tasks and 70% resource management tasks)**:

- Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program;
- Work directly with the Contracting Authority in development and enhancement of an information security management framework, and facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes;
- Provide leadership to the enterprise's information security organization;
- Partner with business stakeholders across the company to raise awareness of risk management concerns;
- Assist with the overall business technology planning, providing a current knowledge and future vision of technology and system.

**Job requirements**:

- University degree (master or equivalent) in Computer Science/Security & Resource Management;
- Minimum 7 years of professional IT experience;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in dealing with ICT security issues;
- Relevant experience in carrying out complete security studies of ICT Projects/systems, using standards like ISO 15408 and ISO 2700x or equivalent;
- Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services;
- Experience with Cloud computing/Elastic computing across virtualized environments;
- Experience of working in an agile software development environment;
- Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, etc.;
- Innovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams;
- Knowledge of security best practices and tools;
- Capacity in writing and presenting documents;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Very good English speaking & writing skills;
- Experience and willingness of working in an international/multicultural environment.
