In line with this vision, we are actively investing in building a robust and efficient procurement function that will be pivotal in streamlining processes and driving value through strategic partnerships.
We are seeking a dynamic Procurement Manager who will play a critical role in establishing the IT procurement function at CFM, managing the acquisition of IT equipment and services, including data, with a focus on cost-effectiveness, quality, and efficiency. This role is integral to our ongoing recruitment and expansion efforts, supporting our commitment to innovation and success.
**Missions**:
- **Identification of requirements**: solid understanding of IT products and services to be able to provide an overview of existing solutions and vendors
- **Sourcing and Vendor evaluation**: Conduct thorough evaluations of vendors with a focus on service quality and pricing, ensuring alignment with our aggressive growth targets.
- **Negotiation of contracts**: Lead negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and SLAs, positioning CFM competitively in the market.
- **Contract Management**:
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing purchase contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.
- managing contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- **Contract Inventory & reporting**: Maintaining accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and financial transactions, as well as producing reports for management review.
- **Relationship management**: working efficiently with vendors and all CFM stakeholders (IT and Data teams, HR, accounting)
- **Continuous improvement**: Continuously seek opportunities for cost savings and process improvements / Analyze market trends and stay up to date with new technologies to provide insightful purchasing recommendations.
**Skills**:
- 10 years’ experience in a similar role
- A track record of having set up a procurement framework and rolled out a process
- In depth knowledge of the IT market and offer
- Strong analytical, negotiation and relationship skills
- Contract management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in French and English
