Actions Éducatives en Milieu Ouvert

**Mission**:
**Pour le SERAD (Service Éducatif Renforcé à Domicile)** **Antenne de Dreux**
- Accompagnement éducatif renforcé à domicile en faveur des mineurs âgés de 0 à 18 ans.
- Mise en œuvre d’AERD et d’AERMO pour effectuer un travail de protection de l’enfance.

**Profil**:

- Aptitude à la relation d’aide,
- Capacité d’écoute, d’observation et d’analyse,
- Capacité d’autonomie dans l’organisation de la conduite des mesures,
- Sens des responsabilités,
- Capacité à travailler en pluridisciplinarité,
- Capacités rédactionnelles,
- Titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau III en travail social (ES, AS, CESF, EJE, CI),
- Expérience en protection de l’enfance recommandée, une connaissance de l’AEMO serait un plus,
- Permis B exigé.

**Conditions**:

- CDI - Temps plein,
- CCNT du 15 mars 1966,
- Un téléphone professionnel et un ordinateur professionnel,
- Poste basé à DREUX avec déplacements sur le département d’Eure-et-Loir.
