We are looking for a dedicated **Field Quality Engineer** (d/f/m) for the Western Europe & Mediterranean regions who will maintain the highest standards of quality and performance of our products and contribute to the development of our organization. In this position, you will act as an important interface between our Warranty Clearing Centre and our Customer Service.

**Your tasks include**:

- You will identify technical deficits and malfunctions in our products and processes and carry out detailed root cause analyses of quality problems.
- You will be responsible for carrying out systematic investigations and tests and analyzing our products to meet quality requirements and specifications.
- You will play a key role in the efficiency of the test processes by creating comprehensive test documentation and checklists, as well as deriving continuous improvement measures in relation to products and processes.
- You will develop interdisciplinary quality strategies and present your findings and solutions clearly and convincingly.
- You will be responsible for the strategic and conceptual aspects of complaints and returns management, which you will also standardize and implement in our international subsidiaries, taking into account the development of international standards and adaptation to local conditions in the various countries.
- You will work closely with the internal development departments, production, quality management, and external partners to achieve our quality targets.

**Your profile**:

- You have a qualification as an engineer in the field of quality management as well as experience in the relevant industry and specific expertise in field quality engineering or comparable.
- You have in-depth industry knowledge especially in adding-value technologies such as injection molding and coating processes, strong quality awareness, and a strong customer focus.
- As a quality engineer, you are well versed in performance requirements and product characteristics.
- You are familiar with the relevant regulations and standards as well as the latest quality management methods such as TQM, FMEA, Ishikawa, and Six Sigma, and you are knowledgeable in risk management and problem-solving techniques.
- Experience in the damaged part analysis field process (VDA) is a great advantage.
- Your working style is characterized by analytics, decisiveness, and excellent communication skills that help you to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team.
- You feel comfortable in an international environment and have a very good command of English, as well as a willingness to travel.
