Beauty & Fashion accessories (cosmetics, packaging, toiletries, gift sets, beauty tools, pouches and occasionally fashion accessories)

Concept4 are specialists in design, product development, sourcing, sustainability and production. We offer an end-to-end solution for both brands & retailers seeking quality fashion accessories, cosmetics, beauty accessories packaging & lifestyle. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Creative Team as a senior Designer.

**Role**:
Reporting to the director of NPD and receiving daily briefs from the Trend and Innovation managers, with regular communication and design amendments in collaboration with our French sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct product research both in-store and online.
- Join customer meetings and calls, and follow-up on design work and / or briefing back to HK team.
- Create customer insight documents tailored to the French market.
- Develop mood boards to support design direction.
- Work on themes and directions for product collections to suit European market.
- Creating illustrator_-_based designs in response to customer briefs across multiple product categories’.
- Skilled in creating commercial graphics for all over patterns, primary and secondary packaging.
- Prepare both basic & creative presentations to showcase collections.
- Collaborate closely with the Trend team on collections.
- Work across several product categories for multiple customers (mainly European).
- Create basic AI files for factory developments, including prints, adding graphics to packaging cutters.
- Create technical files for sample development.
- Assist with creative photoshooting for social media and sales content.
- Design presentations for meetings, for new and existing customers.
- Manage design intern.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in graphic design, product design, fashion design or related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva are a must, experience in AI creation and 3D tools is a plus.
- Proven experience creating CADs for the beauty and packaging world.
- Skilled in creating graphic patterns and prints
- Experience in photoshooting & video editing is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and remain accurate whilst under pressure; attention to details is essential.
- Experienced in sampling with factories.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in both French and English is a must.
