**ENTER THE GAME**

As an **Engineering Manager**, you will join the **Front Platform**Tribe, leading a team of 6 to 10 people which influences Betclic's apps across all platforms (Android, iOS, Web).

You will be responsible for maintaining high quality standards on Betclic's largest product, where numerous technical and UX initiatives are ready to be launched. To achieve this, you'll collaborate with various cross-functional teams, work closely with production, and interact directly with the CXO and Head of Front.

You'll tackle challenges with innovative solutions and high-quality technical execution. You'll be in charge of defining a long-term strategy for Front components that will help us deliver the best possible experience for our players.

Specifically, you'll focus on components of the design system, networking layer, cross-platform components, and 3rd party frameworks/SDKs.

**YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC**

In this role, your main missions will be:

- Lead a multi-stack team (Swift, Kotlin, Angular, Flutter, KMP)
- Support the growth and development of your team's skills
- Drive the implementation of the design system across multiple product universes (Sports, Poker, Casino, Horse Racing)
- Deliver UI and foundational components tailored to the needs of our product teams
- Partner closely with the Head of Design and the CXO
- Advise the Head of Front, VP of Engineering, and CTO on the overall implementation of front-end components

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm

This job is for you if:

- You have over 6 years of experience as a Front-End Developer (Mobile or Web) and at least 2 years as an Engineering Manager leading a team of 4+ people.
- You have a deep understanding of Front-End stacks (Mobile and Web) as well as deployment processes.
- You're confident and effective in communicating with leadership (CTO, VP), and you are able to positively influence technical and strategic decisions.
- You act as a mentor for developers and able to demonstrate strong technical leadership.
- You're passionate about B2C apps and mobile UI/UX.
- You love helping developers transform potential into real, impactful skills.

Nice to have:

- Experience with Flutter and/or Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
- Already using Co-Pilot or AI tools to amplify your impact

**WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?**

Next, you will meet your future manager (HOE), followed by you future Tech Director. Finally, Sébastien or Marine will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
