We are in search of a motivated and dedicated Junior Quality Assurance Assistant to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Quality Manager to ensure that we maintain the utmost standards of quality and compliance.

VERIFAVIA is accredited by various national accreditation bodies such as COFRAC, SAC, UKAS under ISO 14065 and ISO 17029 standards. These significant achievements reflect our commitment to quality and excellence in the field of environmental accreditation and quality assurance.

**Position Overview**:
You will work closely with our Quality Manager and the Quality focal points in different business units to support various quality-related initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Quality Manager and various business units to implement and uphold robust quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
- Conduct routine inspections and tests to identify deviations, or non-conformities.
- Participate in the review of quality records and data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support the execution of internal audits and participate in root cause analysis as needed.
- Help monitor and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to closure.
- Assist in the training of staff members on quality processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall quality and process efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and quality standards.

**Profil recherché**:
**Qualifications**:

- University diploma or equivalent; additional education in quality studies or related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of quality principles and quality management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in both French and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
