**Your mission**:
As a Pre-Sales Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring the required certification level according to ARROW’s strategic product areas
- Engaging with our client network by organizing and participating in technical actions alongside our sales teams
- Supporting ARROW’s sales teams (BDM, Inside Sales) in the development and creation of offers
- Promoting ARROW’s technical positioning by blending software and hardware expertise
- Educating the sales team and ARROW clients through training, support, WebSeminars, and Workshops
- Setting up a showroom to promote ARROW’s added value through seminars
- Providing technical support for building marketing materials
- Assisting in the creation of PoC, marketing documents for ARROW, etc. in collaboration with the Brand Manager
- Communicating and developing relationships with the technical teams of our partner clients and manufacturers/publishers

**Your profile and skills**:

- Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a general engineering school (ENSAM, Les Mines) or specialized IT engineering schools (ESIEA, ESIEE, ENSAE, EPITA, EFREI, etc.)
- You have completed at least 2 years of internships in a similar role, and/or you already have successful experience in a similar position, ideally in the same industry (IT sales).
- You are a good communicator, thorough, and autonomous, and you are eager to invest yourself in a dynamic company.
- You have excellent verbal communication skills, good listening abilities, a real capacity to persuade, and a strong phone presence.
- At least a communicative level of English.
- Excellent knowledge of Infrastructure/ Cloud/ Cybersecurity/ Software AI
- Strong customer orientation with a sense of innovation
- Ability to identify and resolve partner issues
