**Contract Manager (Maternity Cover)**:
**Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do**:

- You will bring your experience with licensing to provide legal support for technology transactions.
- Maintain relationships with managers in the Informatica departments to stay familiar with business plans and goals (and how these would affect Informatica's position in contract negotiations).
- Anticipate problems and initiate actions to ensure contractual issues are addressed.
- Help with license compliance projects.
- Conduct multiple legal projects.
- Communicate with corporate legal on other areas of law according to local requirements (eg Privacy/GDPR, employment, corporate governance).

**What We'd Like to See**:

- In-house experience and experience relating to SaaS-centric issues, i.e., privacy, security, GDPR, etc.
- Legal qualification.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking.
- High integrity, well organized, and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously under end-of-quarter deadline pressure.
- Fluent (speaking, reading, and writing) in English and French.
- Ability to influence others in a group and conduct negotiations.
- Understanding of contract and negotiation principles in the business and legal context, including a working knowledge of revenue recognition rules.
- BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
