**EXCEPTIONAL HOUSEKEEPER / HOUSEHOLD SUPERVISOR REQUIRED - MONACO (MONTE CARLO)**

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly capable Housekeeper / Household Supervisorto manage and maintain a luxury private residence in Monte Carlo, Monaco. This full-time role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong private household experience who takes pride in immaculate standards, organisation, and smooth day-to-day household operations.

This is a standalone position suited to someone confident working independently, with a hands-on approach to housekeeping alongside responsibility for overseeing all household needs. The role combines **high-level housekeeping (approximately 70%)** with **driving duties and care of high-end vehicles (approximately 30%)**.

**Position**: Housekeeper / Household Supervisor
**Location**: Monte Carlo, Monaco
**Property Size**: Approx. 250 square metres
**Schedule**: 40 hours per week (flexible, depending on driving and travel requirements)
**Start Date**: 1 March 2026
**Contract**: Full-time, long-term
**Salary**: €3,500-€4,500 per month (DOE)
**Accommodation**: Live-out role with **separate apartment provided nearby**

**The Role**

While there are no additional household staff to manage, the role requires confidence in coordinating external services, anticipating needs, and acting as a trusted point of contact for the Principal, who is only in-residence for part of the year.

Driving is an important element of the position, including regular airport transfers to and from Nice Airport (approximately 20 minutes from Monte Carlo), as well as the care and maintenance of high-end vehicles.

**Key Responsibilities**
- High-standard housekeeping of the residence, including daily cleaning and upkeep
- Laundry management, ironing, and wardrobe care
- Household organisation and oversight of all domestic tasks
- Ensuring the property is presented immaculately at all times
- Grocery shopping and maintaining household supplies as required
- Coordinating and supervising external contractors and service providers
- Driving the Principal, including airport transfers to/from Nice
- Care, presentation, and basic oversight of high-end/luxury vehicles
- Liaising with professionals for servicing of high-end/luxury vehicles
- Monitoring the home during periods of travel and ensuring readiness on return
- Acting proactively to resolve issues and ensure smooth household operations

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience working in high-end private households in a similar role
- Strong background in hands-on housekeeping with household oversight
- Fluent/workable French and English language skills (essential)
- Confident and experienced driver
- Experience caring for or working around luxury/high-value vehicles
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive
- Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently
- Flexible approach to hours based on travel and driving requirements
