**Position**:
In a context of **major Supply Chain transformation**, we are building a **supply chain core model**to contribute to **our business objectives of end-to-end lead-time reduction, full omnichannel experience, and stock quality enhancement.**

The manager will promote and animate the implementation of the Supply chain core model, processes and BI tool throughout the organization, covering all fields related to Supply Chain. A high focus on **change management**with all operational teams will be necessary in the position.

This position is highly strategic, with strong relationships with
- Supply chain in Central and in Zone
- Logistics teams
- D-Next teams (IT) and Data factory

**Finance, Retail operation, E-commerce teams**

**Job responsibilities**:

- WW KPI animation and monitoring:

- Define and implement WW KPI/shared report
- Target stock policy, Target stock monitoring, overstock monitoring, leadtime animationDrive transversal quarterly reviews in Central and action plan implementation- Animate the Supply Chain community and transversal projects
- create and animate Supply chain academy
- Drive transversal Global projectsKeep Supply Chain process book updated- Drive Supply chain dedicated BI:

- BI project manager: Define and build new system (SCUBA), together with operational teams. Ensure simplicity and robustness
- Transition old tools to new tools: promote and facilitate adoptionDeliver appropriate trainings and gouvernance- Drive Data analyst
- Build core model dashboards, implementAdhoc complexe analysis for all department- Data Tower:

- Ensure data Quality monitoring
- Data Stewart for Supply Chain

MANAGEMENT
- Report to: Supply Chain Transformation Director2 reports (BI project manager & Data analyst)Scope of study

The role cover all Supply Chain processes: Supply and demand Planning, Sales & Business Planning, Omnichannel, in central and in zones

PLACE: Paris, with trips in regions.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

8+ years of experience in Supply Chain

Strong interest in data

Technical analyse skills & tools knowledge (PowerBI, Dataiku, Anaplan, )

Significative experience in project management

Experience in Luxury/Fashion industry

University degree

Excellent English.

Positive & communication skills

Common sense, pro-activity and excellent organization skills

Business oriented
