**What You'll Do**:
Join the Criteo AI Lab and help shape the future of computational advertising. As our hub of scientific innovation, the AI Lab drives both fundamental and applied research to power Criteo’s products with groundbreaking technologies. Once our prototypes and ideas prove their value, we push them into production—whether that means serving hundreds of millions of requests per second with ultra-low latency or crunching petabytes of data at high throughput. Our engineering teams ensure these cutting-edge algorithms scale seamlessly and operate flawlessly.
- Design state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms tailored to Criteo’s unique latency and scalability demands.
- Innovate with the agility of a medium-sized company and the reach of a global leader. You’ll have the freedom to move quickly on ambitious ideas and the autonomy to gauge their impact through A/B tests on billions of daily banner impressions.
- Analyze large datasets, identify prediction and classification challenges, propose solutions, build prototypes, and stay current on the latest research.

**Who You Are**:

- You have a Master’s or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- You possess development experience in at least one mainstream programming language (Python, Java, C++, etc.).
- You have a strong mathematical foundation and experience with Deep Learning
- You are eager to tackle real-world scalability challenges and ideally have deployed ML solutions in production
