You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :_**
- Analyze, negotiate, and draft all types of service agreements within a scope of Transportation & Logistics suppliers (i.e., logistics providers, carriers, various service providers, and consultants supporting these strategic activities), and generally, all legal documentation established with each provider, from the request for proposal (RFP) to the termination of the relationship, including the contractualization phase.
- Provide support to operational teams for any questions relating to contracts and ongoing projects, whether dedicated to the assigned scope or transversal.
- Manage pre-litigation and litigation related to the activity in connection with our lawyers, if necessary.
- You may also be required to work on environmental law issues in order to legally support the brand's strategy, and the Sephora Collection private label, regarding environmental responsibility.
- Master's degree (Master 2) in Business Law with a specialization in Commercial Law, DJCE. A dual degree (specialized MBA, Business School) is appreciated.
- CRFPA (French Bar Exam) and experience in a law firm are appreciated.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience, with significant experience in legal logistics matters within a multinational company.
- Dynamic and proactive, solution-oriented and proactive in suggesting improvements.
- Very good analytical skills, skilled negotiator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Thoroughness, responsiveness, anticipation, and analytical skills with regard to business issues.
- Ability to handle emergencies and prioritize requests. Enjoys teamwork, while being autonomous and responsible.
- High sense of confidentiality and responsibility.
- Ability to manage various new cases pragmatically and relevantly, and to bring them to completion.
- Fluent command of English and French is essential.

Au sein du pôle droit des affaires de la Direction Juridique Monde, et plus précisément rattaché.e à la Responsable Juridique - Immobilier, Supply Chain & Environnement, votre rôle sera de garantir la protection des intérêts de Sephora notamment dans les domaines suivants : droit des contrats et notamment l’ensemble des problématiques juridiques associées à la gestion d’un portefeuille de prestataires
