You join the ETI Middle Business Relationship team as an account manager.

Your daily tasks are:

- Create a relationship of trust and respond to requests from the Business correspondents, alongside the sales representatives;
- Provide operational support to the business correspondents on their salary and retirement savings schemes, as well as on more specific and complex aspects (employee shareholding, takeover of rights from competitors, etc.) ;
- Collect the operational needs of the clients, analyse them and be the interface between them and the operational teams to support all particularities;
- Ensure a personalized and individualized follow-up of certain ETI, Middle;
- Ensure a duty of warning on any malfunction encountered and be force of proposition in the solutions provided.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

From higher education, you have a successful first experience in similar functions. The AMF certification is appreciated.

You are proficient:

- Legislation on employee savings and collective retirement;
- the management of remuneration and social benefits operations, from the most standard (collective salaries, setting up employee savings schemes and insurance platforms) to the most complex (management of shareholdings in France, takeover of rights by competitors).

You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:

- Autonomous, organized and rigorous;
- Recognized for your team spirit, customer relationship skills and writing skills;
- Able to effectively analyze the operational needs of clients.

You are fluent in English with a B2 level.
