In a context of strong growth, **BBL Transport**, a fully-owned subsidiary of the BBL Group, continues its development plan by creating the position of Operational Performance Controller.

**Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Manage**r, you will be responsible for evaluating, measuring, and analyzing the profitability of activities and proposing necessary actions to improve economic performance to decision-makers (CEO, Directors/Agency and Service Managers).

To this end, your_ tasks_ will include:

- Develop productivity indicators for all activities (Operations, Sales, Customs, etc.) to guide managers (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Monitor client profitability: Implement profitability analysis templates for clients and provide repricing recommendations
- Produce analysis reports on the elements and their changes in the agency’s operating account
- Implement procedures for optimizing and managing the flow of financial information
- Identify risks and determine corrective actions
- Prepare a budget and monitor its execution
- Raise awareness among managers about trends and advise them effectively to make operational management decisions

**YOUR PROFILE INTERESTS US**

**T**echnical skills**
- Higher education degree (Bac +5) with a specialization in finance
- At least 3 years of experience in management control
- Proficiency in office and communication tools
- Ability to create and share controlling tools/reports
- Knowledge of transport regulations
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and VBA
- Knowledge of PowerBI
- Professional level of English
