The **HR Core specialist **plays a pivotal role in streamlining and enhancing our HR operations through the strategic use of SuccessFactors technology. This individual is responsible for leading the management and optimization of solutions supporting core HR processes, such as Employee Central, while also contributing to the evolution of Syensqo's future HRIS landscape.

We are seeking an experienced and driven HR Core specialist - SuccessFactors to oversee the core HR processes and systems within our SuccessFactors environment. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing HR data, processes, and integrations to ensure seamless and efficient operations across the organization. The HR Core specialist will collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to support HRIS initiatives, enhance system functionality, and ensure data integrity across the SuccessFactors platform. It is also a key player in the shaping of Syensqo’s future IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, ensuring the proper setup of organizational structures and employee data.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to improve processes, enhance system adoption, and develop new functionalities.
- Oversee change requests for HR IT systems, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and business goals, while ensuring seamless system integration with HR/Payroll/Finance.
- Manage system updates, and lead HR projects from concept to execution.
- Provide expertise to the ERP Rebuild project and oversee issue resolution to ensure uninterrupted HR IT operations.

**_Education and experience_**
- 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central or other core HR modules.
- Proven experience in leading HRIS/SuccessFactors projects and system implementations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and system integrations.

**_Skills and behavioral competencies_**
- Expert-level proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module configuration and administration.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors integrations with Payroll Time Management, and other HR systems.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on aligning technical solutions to business objectives.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong influencing skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team, in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective in interactions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
