**Pyou UK -**An International Recruitment Agency is seeking a SHOWROOM ASSISTANT, on behalf of our Italian client, a Fabric product manufacturer.

**Location: PARIS**

**Contents and Responsibilities**:

- Managing telephone and physical reception;
- Handling standard secretarial tasks: drafting correspondence, updating internal documents, etc;
- Tidying up the showroom;
- Contribute to sales targets, always giving priority to caring for customers;
- Ensure a constant and irreproachable presence on the sales floor;
**Profile**:

- Proficiency in office software (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook,....)
- Communication skills (oral and written)
- Knowledge of foreign languages (French imperative, others)
- Management of priorities; rigour; autonomy
- Respect for deadlines
