The International Retail Performance and Operations department’s main focus is **to lead project development and set Parfums Christian Dior’s retail standards**. These retail projects and tools aim to improve and ensure strong and consistent client experience, drive retail performance and operations excellency, develop retail teams, and implement top management strategy at the point of sale.

**Job responsibilities**:
**YOUR MISSION ______**

As a Retail Operations Development Consultant within the Retail Performance Team, your primary focus will be enhancing retail operations and developing, maintaining and optimizing store handbook.

This role demands a deep understanding of retail best practices, operational efficiency, and a passion for creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including regional and market managers, IT, Retail Education, Audit, Legal & Compliance Teams to ensure defined processes reflects current operational procedures and best practices.

You will also conduct in-depth analyses of business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic decision-making and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
**Develop In Store Retail Operations tools and guidelines to open and run a point of sales**
- Analyze current retail operations tools & guidelines, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer experience
- (Re)define in detail key processes eg daily opening a boutique
- Review / Create retail operation tools to support field teams (eg morning brief, field visit report,)Define recommendations for design and management of store back of house**Develop a centralized version of the Retail Store Handbook**
- Define and centralize in one master document all retail operations processes and guidelines
- Work on the standardization of store guidelines across our regions
- Map all processes, conduct a gap analysis with the regions and define key golden rules
- Define a central version in partnership with Audit, Legal, Retail Performance Team and the regions
- Adapt central version to each region with local audit, retail performance, legal teams for local specificities
- Identify the right platform to make these guidelines easily accessible to all PCD employees, supported with AIProvide training, support and implement a governance for new updates with each region**Conduct business performance analysis**:

- Run comprehensive analyses of business KPIs for selected markets/doors on Excel and Power BI including sales performance, customer satisfaction, challenge results, and other relevant metrics.

**Support retail operation project manager in the daily improvement of retail performance dashboards hosted on power BI**
- Coordinate with IT teams the development of new features on our retail performance dashboards: brief coordination, quotation, timing and priorities management
- Orchestrate the roll out of our retail performance power BI dashboards in all marketsDesign training module for change management in collaboration with Retail Education team and train the regions and markets**Support retail operation project manager in the retail digitialisation of our point of sales**
- Follow up roll out of traffic counters in our boutique
- Support market in the deployment of shift management tools

**Profile**:

**PROFILE**
- Ideally at least +5 years’ experience in a Retail environment and/or Consulting Agency specialized in retail operations, preferably with experience in developing and implementing store handbooks or operational procedures
- Strong understanding of retail practices and operational efficiency
- Proven experience in business performance analysis, preferably within the retail industry with strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI
- Strong project management, ability to analyze structure and synthesize ideas
- Strategic approach and business acumen: reflect from multiple perspectives and with diverse stakeholders (management committees, country and zone directors, retail teams)
- Great networking skills in a professional and intercultural context with a great sense of collaboration across functions
- Ability to convince, animate and motivate very diverse retail teams
- Proactive mindset: ability to innovate, introduce new ideas, promote change
- Empathy: great listening and adaptation skills
