Pour compléter notre équipe, nous recherchons notre futur Designer UI/UX Senior (H/F) issu d’une formation supérieure bac+5 et d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans sur un poste similaire.

En rejoignant nos passionnés, tu travailleras au sein de nos locaux situés à Strasbourg dans équipe de 3 personnes sous la supervision De la Direction.

Tu pourras être amené à travailler sur l'ensemble des projets internes et clients de l'entreprise. En bref, tu seras responsabilisé et entièrement intégré en tant que membre à part entière dans notre équipe.

Tes missions seront les suivantes:
**UX**:

- Comprendre et analyser et répondre aux besoins et au métier du client
- Comprendre les spécifications et la psychologie des utilisateurs finaux
- Améliorer, simplifier, optimiser l’expérience d’un service ou d’un produit
- Réaliser des zonings et wireframe

**UI**:

- Concevoir le design graphique d’une interface
- Optimiser les parcours et les contenus
- Répondre aux codes design en déclinant la charte graphique d’un client sur une interface
- Création d’un design système
- Améliorer, simplifier, optimiser l’expérience d’un service ou d’un produit
- Réaliser des maquettes, et/ou des prototypes

**Gestion de projets et management**:

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les développeurs et des équipes produits pour garantir que le produit final fonctionne bien sur le plan technique
- Créer de concepts visuels novateurs qui allient esthétique et fonctionnalité, tout en respectant les contraintes techniques
- Proposer des options/ adaptations techniques nécessaires au regard des contraintes existantes
- Gérer, accompagner, conseiller et inspirer l’équipe Design
- Être garant de la gestion et l’organisation des différents projets
- Organiser et répartir les missions de manière efficiente de ses collaborateurs et dans leurs domaines respectifs.

**Profil**:

- Une expérience d’au moins 5ans
- Maitrise de l’UX/UI
- Maîtrise de la typographie et de la composition visuelle
- Autonomie, polyvalence et forte capacité d’adaptation
- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement multi-projets, multi-entreprises et multi-marques
- Gestion d’équipe
- Créatif, innovant
