Indirect Distribution Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Indirect Distribution Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales efforts in international markets
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for our hotels in international markets.
- Identify and establish relationships with key tourism partners, including OTA, Tour Operators, wholesalers and travel agencies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to international markets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Work closely with the hotel operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to guests.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners to secure favorable terms: Management of contracts, whether for renewals, new negotiation and agreements, conversions and opening of new hotels.
- Coordination with the Global Sales team for the management of global contracts.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the travel and tourism industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently across Europe and internationally.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
