Position Duties
We are looking for a talented and dynamic System Administrator to join our team and actively contribute to the management and enhancement of our IT infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and stability of our systems while providing top-notch technical support to our internal users.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Assistance : You will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, Office software, VPN, and printer issues.
- Hardware Fleet Management : You will ensure the management of the existing equipment inventory, plan regular renewals, and purchase new hardware, ensuring we always have top-notch and high-performing equipment.
- Onboarding New Employees : You will configure user accounts and ensure that new employees have the necessary computer equipment to start their roles effectively.
- User Training : You will conduct technical workshops on tools like Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira / Confluence, to help our team members fully leverage these technologies.
- File Server Administration (Sharepoints) : You will be responsible for the management and proper functioning of file servers, including implementing regular backups to ensure data security.
- Network Configuration : You will take charge of configuring and maintaining our network infrastructure, including patch panels, switches, wifi, routers, etc.
- Tool and Service Creation : You will develop tools or services aimed at improving and streamlining work within the company. This could include features like synchronizing Outlook calendars with external services or reserving meeting rooms directly from Outlook.
Desired Profile:
- You have a strong experience in system administration, preferably in a multi-platform environment.
- You are proficient in Microsoft technologies (Office, Windows Server), collaborative services like Slack, and project management tools like Jira / Confluence.
- You have networking configuration and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of AWS would be a plus.
- You are proactive, autonomous, and capable of resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort in training users on new tools.
