**You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions**:
As the RGM Productivity Manager in the RGM Department at Sephora Europe, you will be responsible for driving productivity and maximizing revenue growth through effective space allocation, assortment and forecasting topics. You will play a crucial role in coordinating activities between merchandising, marketing and supply chain teams. As a leader, you will oversee a team of 6 people, guiding and supporting their work to achieve departmental objectives.

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic-minded individual to join our team.

Types of responsibilities:

- Space Allocation:

- Develop and implement strategies to ensure optimal brand presence in each store, considering the specific customer base, market trends, and store clusterization.Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market research to make informed decisions regarding the allocation of space for brands within stores.- Assortment Optimization:

- You will play a key role in defining and optimizing the overall assortment strategy for European countries, ensuring that we have the right assortment in the right store for the right customer.
- Oversee in-depth analysis to optimize assortment by store cluster and/or customer cluster. Use data-driven insights to determine the most effective assortment mix for each store location and customer segment.Identify opportunities for assortment expansion or rationalization based on performance analysis.- Team Leadership:

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to a team of 6 individuals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives and company strategies.- Master's degree in Engineering or Business Economics
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working on similar analytical topics for the beauty, fashion or FMCG industry.
- Experience within a consulting firm, particularly in RGM topics is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
