Network Supply Planner

**Both permanent and contract opportunities available**:
**Proximity to any Pet Nutrition factory in Europe**:
The Network Supply Planner is responsible for the production planning of an assigned group of production lines, spread over different factories within a certain technology. The jobholder assures feasible production plans over the full S&OP+ horizon, balancing market demands and network capacity and assuring the appropriate Service-, Cash
- and Cost-targets within the frame of Service Level Agreements. For their item portfolio, the role is the central point of contact for markets and factories.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Make Capacity Feasible Plans**
- Capacity and demand balance for the assigned lines over the entire S&OP+ horizon
- Delivery of feasible production plan for the factory scheduling based on the agreed service level agreement (SLA)
- Deliver quality and usable recommended shipment plan
- Drive continuous improvement of their own contribution in the end to end supply planning area

**Operate the Business process**
- Establish and maintain expert business understanding of the planning processes, Apollo planning system and interfaces and operate the process on daily base.
- Owns the Apollo data maintenance - responsible for set up, up to date and data accuracy
- Ensure that business reporting requirements are met either in Apollo or any other business reporting tool

**Maximise the network**
- Drive the resourcing process within agreed production line groups and swing items sets.
- Review of critical control data to drive effective resourcing and replenishment process
- Prepare recommendation for permanent or temporary resourcings
- Escalate the need for swingability development in case if swingability is not enough for the particular group of the production line
- Support the assessments of What If on the specific request based on the scenario planning process

**Central point of contact for markets/factories**
- Point of contact for market logistics and factory scheduling for any planning related topic
- Communication and/or escalation if required based on the agreed process

**What are we looking for?**
- Supply chain experience is preferred, with a sound background in supply chain processes and systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Able to travel
- Fluent in English both writing and speaking, with strong collaboration skills
