Dans le cadre de notre structuration IT, nous recherchons un(e) **Head of PMO H/F** pour accompagner nos projets stratégiques et soutenir la transformation de nos systèmes d'information à l'échelle mondiale.

**Votre rôle**

Sous la responsabilité du **DSI Monde**, vous serez chargé du **pilotage de projets IT clés** et de **l’alignement entre les besoins métiers et les solutions technologiques**.
Vous évoluerez dans un environnement **complexe, multi-métiers et international**, avec un fort impact sur l'organisation globale.

Voici vos principales missions:

- Manager les équipes locales et internationales (Responsables de Domaine IT, AMOA, plateformes étrangères).
- Recueillir et consolider les besoins métiers à long terme.
- Développer une politique projet conforme aux ressources locales.
- Assurer la coordination entre les référents Sécurité, Architecture et Qualité, en lien avec la DSI Monde.
- Piloter les projets en garantissant la qualité des solutions, le respect des coûts et des délais.
- Contribuer activement à l'amélioration continue des processus de fonctionnement de la DSI.
- Réaliser un reporting régulier sur votre activité et vos projets.

**Profil recherché**

Vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement international, agile et ambitieux ?

Ce que nous attendons de vous:

- Formation Bac +5 en informatique, ingénierie ou gestion de projet.
- 5 à 10 ans d’expérience en **gestion de projets IT** dans des environnements complexes et multi-métiers.
- Solide maîtrise des méthodologies projet (Agile, ITIL, Prince2) et des systèmes d'information (ERP, outils RH, BI).
- Leadership affirmé, compétences en communication et gestion des parties prenantes.
- Excellente organisation, rigueur, autonomie et souci du détail.
- Capacité à mener plusieurs projets simultanément dans un contexte international.
- Curiosité, proactivité et aptitude à proposer des solutions innovantes et pragmatiques.
- ** Anglais courant indispensable**, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
- Humilité, esprit positif et capacité à établir des relations de confiance dans un environnement agile.
