**Votre mission**:
The expeditor is to guaranty the delay, quality and cost of all purchase orders that he has to follow up during the scope of work.
The expeditor is responsible for timely delivery of equipment to the contractual point of delivery without impact to the project.
The expeditor is to ensure purchase orders main milestones in internal and external such as engineering / Raw materials follow up / Manufacturing / inspection and transport phases of each purchase order and related & associated contractual documents.
The expeditor will be the principal or single point of contact for the allocated project with interfaces to engineering, procurement, inspection, and transport and documentation control services internally and externally with suppliers representatives people.
**Vos principales responsabilités**:
- Review and follow up of related purchase orders contractual deliverables
- Organise and perform the Kick-off Meeting with dedicated suppliers including project team engineering / Quality assurance / HSE / transport and document control services.
- Review and analyse in detail supplier manufacturing schedule in order to identify critical milestones and main sub-suppliers
- Contractual documentation follow-up with the engineering and document control services people in for review / approval status documents.
- Review and analyse suppliers Monthly progress report and manufacturing schedule to identify any changes by the supplier.
- Develop and maintain material status report using ERP as defined and / or using Excel spreadsheets.
- Confirm suppliers / vendors the correct understanding of all contractual deliverables and that the supplier’s submission on delivery requirements match the project requirements as defined in the purchase order and in procurement plan.
- Communicating with suppliers to resolve issues affecting a purchase order it shall be technical deviation request ( engineering and inspection services concern ) or purchasing deviation request ( procurement service concern )
- Develop / implement and maintain expediting plans and liaise with other departments to resolve any technical or administrative challenges in order to improve the performance of the supplier / vendor.
**Vos responsabilités**:
- Highlight all discrepancies in expediting process, identify related risks and propose actions and resources plan to meet the project schedule as defined.
- Analyse and identify potential impacts for the reporting and communication of supply schedule.
- Ensuring the delivery of goods fulfillment as per the project procurement plan and engineering schedule in accordance with the project delivery plan.
- Collaborate with the transit / Logistic team to assist / advice and coordinate all required formalities and issues as defined by the purchase order.
- Collaborate with the inspection service; ensure the proper validation of quality control deliverables such as welding book, inspection test plan / quality control plan and associated and related documents and Factory Acceptance Tests reports ( FAT reports )
- Lead the NCR (Non Conformity Reports) with the dedicated QA/QC engineer to follow up and resolution for the manufacturing related issues.
- Plan and coordinate expediting and inspection activities at suppliers’ premises / facilities.
- Witness in person or through external inspection bodies the main manufacturing milestone (intermediate tests, Factory Acceptance Tests, pre-shipment phases) at suppliers’ premises.
- Coordinate with the transport service to provide all related documents for shipment of the goods.
- Recovery of Final Data Book by each supplier that is a final milestone.
- ERP invoice settlement of supplier after the contractual milestones fulfillments.
